About Us

  Paul Waters Associates was established in 1976 with the sole objective of offering bespoke, tailored training and development programmes for salespeople and their managers across a range of industries.

During the last twenty five years we have worked for many major clients in the UK and overseas and have established a number of long term business relationships with ‘blue chip’ clients. Our portfolio of UK skills training clients, past and present, includes Bass UK, Boots, British Airways, HighwayOne, Diners Club, Massey Ferguson, Raleigh Industries and many others.

In addition to offering tailored sales skills training, Paul Waters Associates are official UK representatives for the SPQ*GOLD® Behavioural Change process. This recruitment & development programme has proved highly successful in the UK market, enjoying a long measurable record of raising revenue in UK blue chip sales teams by well over 15% in carefully controlled and monitored long-term trials.

PAUL WATERS
Paul, the Senior Partner, began his sales career at 19 as a trainee representative, graduated to Senior Salesman and Field Trainer before becoming an Area Sales Manager.

He was promoted to RSM before becoming UK Sales Manager thence to European Sales & Marketing Director for Seagram Corporation with 350 reports throughout Western Europe. He left aged 32 to set up his own training company, Paul Waters Associates.

DOMINIC WATERS
Dom’s working life began at the Royal Automobile Club, where he joined as a Graduate Trainee in 1994. He joined Scottish Courage in 1996 and within 2 months was promoted to a Sales Account Manager. Dom has been with PWA for six years and is responsible for all Sales & Marketing.

MARK FINEMAN
Mark spent much of his early career in sales where he flourished in both the Business to Business as well as the Business to Consumer markets. He has worked within many organisations including Scottish Widows, Lloyds TSB, Direct Line, Zurich Municipal, Tesco Personal Finance, Cheltenham & Gloucester and Dunedin Independent. He is fully accredited to deliver the SPQ*GOLD® 2-Day Sales Behavioural Change Workshop
