WATERS
Paul, the Senior Partner, began his sales career
at 19 as a trainee representative, graduated to
Senior Salesman and Field Trainer before becoming
an Area Sales Manager.
He was promoted to RSM before
becoming UK Sales Manager thence to European Sales
& Marketing Director for Seagram Corporation
with 350 reports throughout Western Europe. He
left aged 32 to set up his own training company,
Paul Waters Associates.
DOMINIC
WATERS
Dom’s working life began at the Royal Automobile
Club, where he joined as a Graduate Trainee in
1994. He joined Scottish Courage in 1996 and within
2 months was promoted to a Sales Account Manager.
Dom has been with PWA for six years and is responsible
for all Sales & Marketing.
